The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Before you return it to us, please record an unboxing video (all parts of the product). The unboxing video should show the damaged parts and the packing slip that is outside the package. An unboxing video is required as evidence for damage cases, so please shoot it in clear lighting.

If you find some defects in your product, you can return it to us as long as you buy it from our website (firstdaywellness.co) or our official account on e-commerce. In addition, if we ship a different product from your order, you can also exchange it to us. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the exchange.

We're sorry but we can't accept an exchange if you don't have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.

Email us the unboxing video and product images with your Order ID number to firstdaygummies.cs@gmail.com. with the subject: "EXCHANGE PRODUCT" not later than 7 days from the receipt date. Then, send the product you want to exchange to the address you will receive in the email. Used products cannot be returned or exchanged. We will bear the full cost.

The following policies do not apply to Sales items. All Sale items are final purchases and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
